According to the statement made by the Conscious Teachers Association (ÖĞ-DER), this year's theme of the 12th Short Film Script Contest, organized by ÖĞ-DER Headquarters Promotion Commission and supported by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism's General Directorate of Cinema, was determined as "Patience and Pain".
ÖĞ-DER Chairman Numan Gökmen, whose views were given in the statement, stated that they aimed to bring scenarios with the theme of patience and pain to the world of cinema and to support the screenwriters with the competition.
AWARD-WINNING SCENARIOS WILL BE BOOKED AND FILMED
Stating that they have both published and filmed the short film scripts that won awards in competitions in different fields from addiction to family, migration and migration to disability, Gökmen noted that the scenarios that will receive awards in this competition will also be published and filmed.
Film critic Ali Burak Cesur, teacher Abdurrahman Erbaş, screenwriter and director Nizamettin Kars and İbrahim Demirkan are on the jury of the competition.
The deadline for the submission of the scripts to the competition was set as 10 November.
