Israeli soldiers raided the nearby town of Nabi Salih, claiming that shots were fired at Neveh Tzuf, an illegal Jewish settlement in the West Bank, on June 1, and closed the entrances and exits to the area.
During the raid, 2-year-old Mohammed was wounded in the head and his father Haitham Tamimi was wounded in the shoulder as a result of the fire opened by Israeli soldiers.
The seriously injured baby died on 5 June at Sheba Tel HaShomer Hospital, where he was taken by helicopter by Israeli forces.
Marwa Tamimi, mother of 2-year-old Mohammed, who died as a result of the bullets of Israeli soldiers, spoke to Anadolu Agency (AA) after she buried her son.
"EARLY CAME, EARLY GONE"

"Mohammed was born 8 months old, stayed in the incubator for a month. He came early, his departure was early; He died at the age of 2.5," she said.
Tamimi, who thanked to Allah throughout the funeral ceremony, "My son Mohammed left as an oppressed and a martyr. So it is a source of pride for me."
The Palestinian mother described her son's funeral as "a big wedding".
Although Mohammed was very young, he was loved by everyone. He had made a name for himself as a clever boy in the village.

The grieving mother underlined her distrust of the investigation by the Israeli army into the murder of her young son, "I want the murderers to be handed over to the judiciary through an international investig"ation.
Tamimi, under the photo she shared on her Facebook account for her 2-year-old son, whom she lost to the bullet of Israeli soldiers, "Oh my baby! Blessed be your martyrdom," she wrote.
