Felicity (Saadet) Party Konya Deputy Abdulkadir Karaduman reacted to the necessity of vaccination and PCR on university campuses, by saying, "this distortion, which violates the most fundamental constitutional right, the right to education, should be eliminated as soon as possible and unlawful practices that deprive students of their freedom should be abandoned immediately."

As the education process begins in higher education, there are reactions to the necessity of vaccination at the entrance to the campuses and the PCR requirement for those who do not. Saadet Party Deputy Abdulkadir Karaduman, in his written statement, reminded the article of the constitution on education and reacted to the imposition.

"THE RIGHT TO EDUCATION CANNOT BE DENIED"

Reminding that the administration of the vaccine is not absolutely compulsory in the current situation, Karaduman said, "However, unvaccinated students are required to submit a PCR test result. There is information that those who do not comply are not admitted to the campuses. How can our people's right to education be prevented by using public power? How can people who know that it is a crime to prevent the right to benefit from public services resort to these things?"

“UNLAWFUL PRACTICES MUST BE AVOIDED”

Karaduman, who warned about the imposed imposition, said;

"The fact that the fundamental rights and freedoms of our people can be prevented by a circular is worrying in terms of the ideal of being a state of law. This distortion, which violates the most fundamental constitutional right, the right to education, should be eliminated as soon as possible and unlawful practices that deprive students of their freedom should be abandoned immediately."
