Every way that is taken needs sacrifice to get the destination. It needs taking up all the challenges. Ones who bear them, reach the destinations they aim at. But ones who dream not being obligated to bear something out or having their goals by sitting; most probably, get tired quickly and gives taking the road up at the beginning. Especially, if a goal is set with ones who have some obstacles, it is impossible to express the happiness when ones have that goal. I lived that happiness and excitement as watching  the play “Cause- Palestine” by disabled individuals getting taught at YÖN Art Studio in Ankara Ministry of National Education (MEB) Council Hall, last night. At first, I appreciate the art director of the play and Unobstructed Art Union Chairman Erdem Öksüz, my brothers Mustafa, Nazım, Aytaç who exhibited a succesful play by taking up all the challenges and all the rests who took part in, from my heart. ‘Cause they showed us nothing can obstruct the success of will and everything can be possible if it’s crawled enough. By the way, Palestine Ankara Ambassador Dr. Faed Mustafa deserved an appreciation too, because of his support.

As it can be understood by topic of the play; the subject was about the Palestine and the challenges Palestinians have with Israel. I watched this three brother’s impersonation from beginning to end excitedly. By the way I remembered and felt bad about the Islamic World’s silence in front of the challenges of our Palestinian brothers for their homeland. I can say that even though we live the same scene for everyday, the play of our disabled brothers freshened the pain in my heart. It reminded me that we should oftenly ask the question of “How can we supply them for their challenge?” to ourselves.

At the end of the play, art director Erdem Öksüz told us about the circumstances when they had firstly met with our disabled brothers. Briefly, he indicated that they couldn’t even talk, write but now can memorize pages for hundreds. I can point out, I always respect the challenges to have disabled and drug addict teens in society and the ones who take that challenge. Because it’s way with such hardships. At this corner, I had wrote about the situation of a mother who had challenges with drug addict teens, in the past. I wroted about how that mother had struggled for his son becoming a drug addict on the senior year of the college and then had the same struggle for every young person she could reach. Last night, I crossed with her at the end of the play and she gave me the good news of her son that he had finally save from his addiction and got married. Even if the play that I watched can be seen different from that incident, I know and respect the hardships of having disabled and drug addict teens in society by saving them from addictions and the ones who own them. I think that they need support and as a troop we must support them as much as we could. ‘Cause the duty of having them in society not only belongs to volunteers we all have responsibilities in it.

At the end of the play in Erdem Öksüz’s brief speech he mentioned a project such as a conservatoire for disabled individuals and said that they want to educate them there. Let me point out that; that wasn’t a demand for help. But, probably, to support that school is a duty for all of us. And it must be so that we can live the happiness and excitement of taking parts in their achievements in the future. Believe me, it worths everything. Maybe you can think that I overrate the excitement of my three brother’s play that I watched but know that I couldn’t even express my feelings totally. I just wanted to share with you how a play I watched with my son can be beyond a play and touch real life.
