Ahmet Yaşar Hodja, who served Islam and trained many students throughout his life, took an active part in the National Vision (Milli Görüş). Hodja, who pioneered the establishment of the Of branch of the National Order Party (Milli Nizam Partisi), was also in a close relationship with the late Prof. Dr. Necmettin Erbakan. Ahmet Yaşar Hodja also pioneered the establishment of the Yavuz Selim Foundation, which is headquartered in Trabzon and has branches in the Black Sea region, in 1979 and was instrumental in many good works.
HE DIED AFTER HIS WIFE
The worldly life of Ahmet Yaşar Hodja, one of the Naqshbandi sheikhs, came to an end one day after the death of his wife, Hatice Yaşar. While the funeral prayer of Ahmet Yaşar Hodja, who was buried in the family cemetery in Of Ballıca village, was led by former President of Religious Affairs Lütfi Doğan, many National Vision members also attended the prayer.
