"We will continue to provide military support to Israel until we get rid of HAMAS. But we must be very careful. The opinion of the whole world can change overnight. We can't let this happen," Biden said.
Stating that his commitment to the security of Jews and Israel and the right to existence of the independent Jewish state is unwavering, Biden said, "Without Israel, not a single Jew in the world would be safe."
"My warmth and connection to the Jewish community is unquestionable. A few years ago, I got into trouble and was criticized when I said, 'You don't have to be a Jew to be a Zionist, and I am a Zionist,' Biden added.
