Hamas made a statement regarding Russia's draft resolution calling for a "humanitarian ceasefire" in Gaza.
"We hold the countries that rejected the UN Security Council resolution on opening humanitarian corridors responsible for the civilian casualties in the Gaza Strip. Such steps give Israel a green light to commit more crimes and escalate its genocide of more than 2 million Palestinians, in flagrant violation of all international and humanitarian agreements, norms and laws," the statement said.
