The 3rd Jerusalem International Cartoon Competition, organized by the Association for the Preservation and Preservation of the Ottoman Heritage (MİRASIMIZ), took place at the Eyüpsultan Culture and Art Center.
726 works were produced with the participation of 263 cartoonists from 38 countries.

In the contest, which was held with the theme "We Draw Free Jerusalem!", cartoonists once again drew for the freedom of Jerusalem.
726 works on human rights, justice, freedom, love, culture, social life, social responsibility, peace and city life were presented.
In awards given in eight different categories, the first is Mojmir Mihatov Croatia, Turkey, Ahmet Ozalp second place, while third place was awarded to Iranshahr Chargh Ehser from Iran.

Our Heritage President (MİRASIMIZ) Muhammed Demirci, who made a statement at the award ceremony of the 3rd International Cartoon Competition in Jerusalem, "This year we have received hundreds of works from different countries of the world. Very valuable artists showed great interest in the competition. 263 cartoonists from 38 countries participated in our contest and produced 726 works. Together we drew Jerusalem. Today, as the character of Hanzala is the voice of Palestine all over the world, we have become the voice of Palestine, Jerusalem, and Masjid al-Aqsa. We have announced the voice of 2 billion Muslims all over the world. Today, America thinks it will do in the post-Israel Middle East. We say we have nothing to do against Israel. We are the ones who will conquer the Al-Aqsa Mosque. We should all work for Palestine's freedom. We must be together with Salahaddin Ayyubi for the freedom of Al-Aqsa Mosque," he said.
Önder Kamber Çal, President of the Association of Imam Hatip, "Jerusalem is the love of all Muslims. The Palestinian cause is not the only Palestinian cause. This is the case of all Muslims. We want our pups to grow with consciousness and consciousness of the Jerusalem cause. This kind of competitions that make us aware of the Jerusalem case is very valuable for us. It is important because they bring the persecution in Palestine to the agenda of the world. I believe that we will conquer the Masjid al-Aqsa as soon as possible," he said.
