International students learn Hadith, win awards

The award ceremony of the 'My Prophet, My Leader Hadith Memorization Competition', organized among young people studying at international imam-hatip high schools, was held with the participation of Deputy Minister of National Education Dr. Nazif Yılmaz.

Young people studying at international Anatolian Imam Hatip High Schools applied for the competition by memorizing 40 hadiths determined in the 'My Prophet, My Leader Hadith Memorization Competition'.
 
While 1600 students competed in the competition held in cooperation with "ÖNDER" Imam-Hatip Schools Association, Ministry of Education General Directorate of Religious Education and Ibn Haldun University, 20 students came out on top.
 
These names were presented with their awards at the ceremony held at the Ibn Haldun University Event Hall.
 
Deputy Minister of National Education Dr. Nazif Yılmaz, Rector of Ibn Haldun University Atilla Arkan, ÖNDER Chairman Prof. Dr. Abdullah Ceylan and the young people participating in the competition, their families and educators attended the program.
 

THE BIGGEST ORGANIZED EVIL IS HAPPENING IN GAZA

 
Addressing the participants in the program, which started with the recitation of the Holy Quran, Önder General Abdullah Ceylan said that the greatest organized evil has been experienced in Gaza since the creation of the world.
 
Emphasizing what happened in Palestine, Ceylan stated that there was a period when all the powers of the world were united and all united on organized evil.
 
"But we believe that our Lord, who has not left the world without Moses and Abraham since the day it was founded, will create Moses and Abraham today and will lead humanity to salvation with them," Ceylan said.
 
Speaking at the program, Deputy Minister of National Education Dr. Nazif Yılmaz noted that they have been struggling for years on how to teach hadiths to students and that they have organized hadith competitions for imam-hatip schools under the responsibility of the General Directorate of Religious Education.
 

20 STUDENTS AND ADVISER TEACHERS WERE AWARDED

 
At the award ceremony of the competition, the first prize was presented as 1 full republic gold, the second prize as 3 quarter republic gold, and the third prize as half republic gold.
 
A quarter of gold was given to young people between the ages of 4 and 10, and 1,000 TL was given to young people between the ages of 11 and 20.
 
Advisor teachers of the top 20 students also received a cash prize of 2,000 TL.
