Saadet Party leader Temel Karamollaoğlu made important evaluations about the prominent topics of the agenda at the weekly ordinary press conference held at his party's headquarters building.
Karamollaoğlu, who started his speech by condemning the murders of women that took place the previous day and attracted great reaction from the society, said, “I condemn the murders of women that took place. Increasing news of murder has become intolerable. I hope that the murders of women will come to an end next year.”
"THE ECONOMY HAS BEEN HIGHLY DAMAGED"
Noting that the economy has suffered the most this year, Karamollaoğlu emphasized that the wrong policies of the government and the pandemic caused an explosion in unemployment.
Karamollaoğlu stated that the real inflation was much higher than the figures of TURKSTAT and the purchasing power of the citizens decreased, “Our nation has become unable to fill even a bag in the market. We also encountered images that made us all take our hats in front of us and think. An alarm was placed on diapers and sunflower oil. However, the Minister can say, "There is no hunger and poverty in the country", since she has never been on the market and there is nobody around her.
"POLARIZATION IS DEEPERED"
Karamollaoğlu, who also made evaluations about the minimum wage rate for 2021 determined at the beginning of the week, said:
"The 2 thousand 825 lira announced in a process where everyone was looking for a remedy for their wounds and our nation was struggling with financial difficulties, did not satisfy our nation. In this process, in order to stand by our people and not to burden the employer too much burden, a 7 percent increase over the inflation should be made without taking taxes and premiums on the minimum wage and a minimum wage of 3500 lira should be paid. Karamollaoğlu, who continued his words by reacting to the agreement between the Turkey and China that envisions the extradition of the criminals, stated that they watched the developments with amazement and concern.
Stating that the agreement should not be approved, Karamollaoğlu made the following call:
"If the oppressed East Turkestani brothers are started to be delivered to China, this will go down in history as a black mark.
