The prosecutor's office demanded three aggravated life sentences for 55 suspects in the National Intelligence Agency (MİT) trucks case on July 4, according to Turkish media reports.

The prosecutor's office demanded three aggravated life sentences for 55 suspects in the National Intelligence Agency (MİT) trucks case on July 4, according to Turkish media reports.
 
On June 14, main opposition Republican People’s Party (CHP) Istanbul deputy Enis Berberoğlu was sentenced to 25 years in prison on charges of providing daily Cumhuriyet with video footage showing weapons-loaded MİT trucks heading to Syria.
