Saadet Party Izmir Provincial Directorate filed a criminal complaint with the Izmir Chief Public Prosecutor's Office on the grounds that terrorist Israel committed genocide, law of war and human rights violations in Gaza.
In the criminal complaint, it was requested that the Israeli state administrators be punished for "genocide", "deliberate killing", "deliberate injury", "war and attack crimes", "crimes against humanity", "deprivation of liberty", "violation of the immunity of residence" and similar crimes.
After the criminal complaint filed against the Zionist Israeli officials, a press statement was made in front of the Izmir Palace of Justice in Bayraklı.
Saadet Party Izmir Provincial Chairman Mustafa Erduran read the press release, in which slogans were chanted in support of Gaza and a banner was displayed, "Baby murderers will be tried."
