The life and memories of Temel Karamollaoğlu, Chairman of the Felicity (Saadet) Party, one of the most important names in Turkish politics, were made into a book. The book titled “The Last Witness”, written by journalist Mustafa Yılmaz in a biographical interview style, contains striking information that will shed light on the recent history as well as the life of Temel Karamollaoğlu.

Journalist Yılmaz, who has listened to Karamollaoğlu all his life since his childhood, dedicated the book to the "69 generation". 1969 is the year when the National Vision (Milli Gorus) movement actually entered the political scene.

Giving information about the book to our newspaper, Yılmaz said, “Thank God, this important work attracted great attention from the readers as soon as it was released. This is gratifying. Because Temel Karamollaoğlu is one of the most important figures not only in the National Vision movement but also in Turkish politics. He is one of the witnesses of the critical events and transformations in Turkey in the last 50 years. The memories and anecdotes he told from the 1980 coup to February 28, from the Sivas incident to the years of the Welfare (Refah) Party have a quality that will shed light on recent history. Therefore, this book is a story of a geography beyond the life of a politician. If it wasn't written, a period would always be missing. I believe that this work will be an important reference source for understanding a period and a movement not only for today but also for future generations.”
