Karaduman, who submitted a parliamentary question to the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) with the request of Minister of Agriculture Vahit Kirişci to answer, said, "While no service is received regarding the system, which was tendered, it is essential to clarify the process, in which the company was sentenced to earn a total of 60 million Turkish Liras (TL) of public resources as a result. Do you have any work to shed light on this process that causes public harm?” he asked.

Saadet Party Konya Deputy and Chairman of Youth Branch Abdulkadir Karaduman brought the "60 million TL corruption in the Ministry of Agriculture" to the agenda of the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM), which was brought to the agenda by the headlines of the Milli Gazete. Karaduman, who submitted a parliamentary question to the Presidency of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey with the request of the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Vahit Kirişci to answer, asked whether the ministry had done any work to clarify the process in question.

“WHY IS THE LEGAL PROCESS NOT WORKING?”

Karaduman, reminding that The Product Verification and Tracking System (UDTS), which was put forward to combat counterfeiting and adulteration, was given to Veriso Data Systems company by a tender, he said, "The decision to pay 30 million TL of public resources to the company, together with the termination decision taken in the project that your ministry put forward without using any public resources, is an indicator of the dubious process experienced in UDTS. While no service was received regarding the system, for which the tender was made, it is essential to clarify the process, in which the company was sentenced to earn a total of 60 million TL of public resources as a result. It is also remarkable that the ministers who served before you did not take any explanatory attitude about the process, the cancellation of the tender that caused public loss, and the fact that no legal process was carried out regarding the people who were negligent in the occurrence of this damage.”

“WAS A STUDY DONE TO SHED LIGHT ON THE PUBLIC DAMAGE?”

Karaduman asked the following questions to the Minister of Agriculture Kirişci; “Which companies participated in the Product Verification and Tracking System (UDTS) tender, which was put forward to combat counterfeiting and adulteration? Why was the UDTS tender given to Veriso Data Systems company terminated? Are the allegations that the officers who signed the termination decision were inexperienced and that fake signatures were detected among the members of the tender commission? After the termination decision, was 60 million TL paid to Veriso Data Systems company, which was deemed appropriate by the courts? At what stage is the legal process on the subject? How has your ministry been involved in ongoing or concluded legal processes? Do you have any work to shed light on this process that causes public harm? If so, what are they? Are you going to explain about it?"
