The Saadet-Gelecek Party joint group meeting was held for the first time after the local elections.
Speaking at the meeting, Saadet Party Chairman Temel Karamollaoğlu drew attention to the traffic accidents that occurred during the holiday and the cable car accident that occurred in Antalya.
"May God have mercy on our citizens who lost their lives in accidents and I wish a speedy recovery to our injured. I hope that the tragic cable car accident in Antalya will be clarified in all its aspects without political calculation, that those who were negligent will be held accountable before the law, and that everyone will learn from this incident and take all necessary precautions to avoid similar incidents again," Karamollaoğlu said.

Stating that Israel has continued to attack Gaza for three quarters of a century, Karamollaoğlu underlined that the attacks have increased since October 7.
"All of these things have been done and are being done right before the eyes of the world, as if they were challenging us Muslims! International institutions and organizations, whose so-called primary duty is to establish peace and tranquility in the world, have been blind, deaf and dumb for months! The attitude of the USA and the so-called 'developed' Western countries is much worse. Stating that the Islamic world has also failed, Karamollaoğlu stated that while Western countries have taken concrete steps to support the oppressed, Islamic countries have not taken concrete steps to support the oppressed.

Referring to the statements made regarding the operation carried out by Iran, Karamollaoğlu drew attention to those who accused the Saadet Party of Iranism.

Wherever we stood yesterday during the occupation of Iraq and Afghanistan, during the so-called Arab Spring, and on the Syrian issue, we stand in the same place today! “OUR COUNTRY HAS GREAT RESPONSIBILITIES”
Drawing attention to the plans carried out in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya and Egypt within the scope of the Greater Middle East Project, Karamollaoğlu stated that now the steps taken towards Iran and Turkey will not be consented to.
"Muslim countries should never agree to act as extras in this movie, the script of which was written in Washington, London, Brussels and Tel Aviv. It is possible for Ankara, Tehran, Baghdad and Damascus to come together, and this is not just a choice but a necessity. Our country has great responsibilities in this regard.
