Yes, unfortunately Gaza is suffering the most bitter days. As we all know, we are under siege and we find it difficult to meet the needs of the city. In addition, we have not been able to get our water, electricity and medical needs for a long time. All these difficulties make the work of the occupier forces even easier. In recent years, there have been various attempts to break the siege and embargo in Gaza. If you recall, there was a ship called 'Mavi Marmara' from Turkey. We know what people on that ship have accomplished. However, the siege and embargo continues, invaders continue to invade, we continue to resist as the Palestinians.
Mr. Quoqa, you are a reporter for Palestine Newspaper. You have the opportunity to closely follow the events in both Palestine and Iran, a project called 'The Agreement of the Century' has emerged recently, and we understand how dangerous a project is and the developments in the region. What is this 'The Agreement of the Century'?
The agreement of the century was a project that aimed to shatter Palestine and the region and deliver it to America and Israel, but its implementation would not be so easy. First they took a step to carry the American embassy to Jerusalem and fell in a pit in one step. 1-2 tongs did not receive support outside the state. As soon as this project was on the agenda, the Palestinian people held huge protests to show their reaction. These were followed by Fury Friday, the Great Return March and various protests. The agreement of the century seems to be shelved for the time being with the resistance and reaction of the Palestinians. Those who are fond of the Palestinian cause will not remain silent against any project that the American and the Israel have set up.
As someone who has witnessed embargoes, sieges, occupations, crises and deaths, why Gaza is still resisting and not surrendering?
First of all, the Palestinian people are tightly embraced their religion and cause. Their beliefs for the religion and cause have taught them patience, resisting to the pain, the order of martyrdom, the power of resistance. Because they know the devotion to the Qur'an and the Sunna and the holiness of the land they have lived, they never compromise their cause. Isn't that the biggest power? Is not our life established on faith and jihad? Although the number of martyrs increases, even if we remain hungry, we never compromise our case. As I mentioned before, the Zionists will continue to occupy, and we will continue to resist and defend our cause.
