TRNC President Ersin Tatar stated that the areas controlled by the Greek Cypriot Administration of Southern Cyprus, which collaborates with Israel, are insincere about providing aid to Gaza, emphasizing that the United States and the United Kingdom, using territories controlled by the Greek Cypriot Administration of Southern Cyprus, provide military support to Tel Aviv.

Speaking to AA, Tatar drew attention to the presence of two military bases of the UK in Greek Cypriot Administration of Southern Cyprus, stating, "If military and logistical support is provided to Israel from here, I strongly condemn the UK."

Highlighting the increased military presence of the United States and France in the territories controlled by the Greek Cypriot Administration of Southern Cyprus to support Israel, Tatar argued that the "humanitarian aid corridor to Gaza" proposed by the Greek Cypriot Administration of Southern Cyprus intended to veil military support to Israel from Cypriot territories.

Tatar pointed out that all these actions by the Greek Cypriot Administration of Southern Cyprus ignore the fact that Turkey is the guarantor of Cyprus, and Turkish Cypriots are co-owners of the island.

Stating that the Greek Cypriot Administration of Southern Cyprus, collaborating with Israel, is not sincere about aid to Gaza, Tatar said:

"Israel's Foreign Minister Eli Cohen was here. They come and go, collaborations continue. On one hand, the military activities of some countries, on the other hand, the relations of the Greek Cypriot Administration of Southern Cyprus with Israel—looking at all these, I consider the humanitarian aid corridor as a 'veil' for other issues. If the Cypriots were sincere about the humanitarian aid corridor, they would not be so close to Israel. Therefore, there is indeed insincerity here."
