The Collective Bargaining Process, which is closely related to millions of civil servants, has entered its tenth year in our country. Issues that have been brought to the agenda to make the process, which is held every two years and which is closely related to millions, have a fairer structure will be discussed in a congress. As a great achievement of civil servants, the Memur-Sen Confederation of Public Servants Trade Unions is undertaking an important study on the Collective Bargaining Process obtained 10 years ago. Memur-Sen Confederation will hold a ‘Collective Agreement Congress’ in cooperation with Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University in the coming days. It was stated that important details regarding the Collective Bargaining Process, which will be discussed in six separate sessions in total, will be discussed.

In the historical congress, where the deficiencies in the Collective Bargaining Process, what should be done against it, and how a fairer system should be introduced, will be discussed, it is aimed to transform the achievements of the civil servants into new gains in the future by discussing them in an academic framework.
