Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) reacts to Trump's National Security Adviser Bolton, who visited the Old City of occupied Jerusalem.
Saib Uraiqat, the Secretary General of the Executive Council of the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO), in his written statement, pointing to Bolton's visit to the occupied Jerusalem.
Uraiqat emphasized that Bolton's visit could not change the historical reality, "This visit will not change the reality of Jerusalem's history, today and the future. Jerusalem will be the eternal capital of the Palestinian State, along with the Old City, the Harem-i-Sharif, the Church of the Resurrection and the city walls Al-Quds," he stated.
Bolton, Trump's National Security Adviser, came to Israel on Saturday evening and visited the occupied Jerusalem yesterday, accompanied by US Ambassador to Israel David Friedman, who was a former occupying Jewish settler.
The US administration, headed by Trump, announced that he had known Jerusalem as "the capital of Israel" on December 6, 2017, and then in May 2018 he moved his embassy in Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.
