The 6-month hike and inflation difference that retired and civil servants will receive in July has started to become clear. If inflation maintains its May level in June, the hike rate will be 35,64 percent.

With the announcement of the inflation figures by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TURKSTAT) for May, the second 6-month raise and the inflation gap rate that Social Security Institution (SSK) and Social Security Organization for Artisans and the Self-Employed (BAĞ-KUR) retirees and civil servants will receive in July began to become clear. The main hike rate will be determined by the inflation figures to be announced on July 4. If the inflation figures announced for May remain stable in June, there will be an increase of 35,64 percent in SSK and BAĞ-KUR pensions, and 35 percent in civil servant salaries and pensions. With a raise to be made on this figure, after 2000, SSK pension will be 2,769 Turkish Liras (TL), tradesmen BAĞ-KUR retirees will be 3,254 TL, and agricultural BAĞ-KUR pension will be 3,068 TL. 
 

MINIMUM CIVIL SERVANT SALARY WILL BE 8,560 TL 

 
Civil servants, on the other hand, will receive a 35 percent raise if the inflation figures for May remain stable in June. Accordingly, the lowest civil servant salary, including family allowances, It will be 8,560 TL, and the lowest pension will be 5,790 TL.
