Although there are serious problems in the future regarding the 3600 additional indicators and the contracted workers, which the government has created a table with the pressure of the authorized union and the public, the contracted workers will be discussed at the table for the first time.
The first meeting for 3600 additional indicators that will increase the salaries and bonuses of millions of civil servants and civil servant retirees, including teachers, nurses, police, religious officials, health and technical services workers, was held on February 16 under the chairmanship of Labor and Social Security Minister Vedat Bilgin and with the participation of trade unions. The second was held on March 16. The third meeting will take place on May 10. With the third meeting, the roadmap of 3600 additional indicators is expected to be clarified.

THE UNION WANTS "ALL PUBLIC SERVANTS TO BENEFIT"

While two meetings have been held at the 3600 Additional Indicators desk so far, the Authorized union demands that all public duties be affected by the arrangement to be made. Again at the third meeting to be held under the chairmanship of Work and Social Security Minister Vedat Bilgin, it is expected that an agreement will be reached against the irregularities, while the contracted parties will be discussed for the first time in the third meeting.

AT THE MEETING THE RIGHT OF STAFF TO CONTRACTED WORKERS WILL BE TALKED

At the meeting to be held in May, 3600 additional indicators as well as the work on contracted personnel will be revealed. While the biggest problem that exists in contracted personnel is the lack of staff, it is stated that many existing problems will come to an end with the right to staff to be given to the contracted personnel on May 10.
