While the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, Vahit Kirişçi, could not answer the parliamentary question submitted to the Presidency of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, Hakan Bilal Kutlualp lost his rebuttal case against the news of the Milli Gazete.
Mehdi Eker, one of the former ministers, who claimed that Milli Gazete made news without documents, fell into a deep silence after the Milli Gazete revealed the documents.
The fake signature scandal that broke out in the tender for the Product Verification and Tracking System, which was given to Hakan Bilal Kutlualp, a close friend of the Minister of Agriculture Mehdi Eker, in 2013, in order to prevent counterfeiting and adulteration in food, caused a complete crisis in the Ministry of Agriculture.
Despite the 9 years that have passed, the Product Verification and Tracking System could not be implemented, and the court decided to pay 60 million liras to Hakan Bilal Kutlualp, the owner of the contractor company, due to the termination decision of the ministry.
However, the ministry's failure to file a counterclaim regarding the cancellation of the tender in response to the false signature scandal detected by the panel of experts appointed by the court made the payment of 60 million liras to Hakan Bilal Kutlualp questionable.
While the ministry could not make any statement against the news that Milli Gazete based the expert committee's report on, it was noteworthy that Hakan Bilal Kutlualp made successive statements even though he was not the direct interlocutor of our news.
It was significant that Kutlualp tried to cover up the fake signature scandal detected by the expert committee, citing the fact that he won the lawsuit against the ministry in the statements.
Hakan Bilal Kutlualp, who applied for a disclaimer to the Gaziosmanpaşa 1st Criminal Judgeship of Peace regarding the news of the Milli Gazete, returned from the court empty-handed.
The Gaziosmanpaşa 1st Criminal Judgeship of Peace, which gave a slap-up decision on Kutlualp's refutation application, rejected the refutation request on the grounds that there was no determination or court decision that the news of Milli Gazete were untrue and that Kutlualp did not submit any information and documents to the judgeship regarding his allegations.
KUTLUALP CANNOT SUBMIT ANY INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTS TO THE COURT TO REFUSE THE CLAIMS WE MADE IN OUR NEWS!
The decision of the Gaziosmanpaşa 1st Criminal Judgeship of Peace on Kutlualp's application for rebuttal to the news of the Milli Gazete is as follows:
"Although the requester's attorney requested that the text of the disclaimer be published in his petition, there is no determination or court decision that the news in question is untrue, that the requester did not submit the information and documents claimed by our judge, that the news is an allegation, that the content of the news is correct. As it was understood that it required a trial and that it was not possible to evaluate whether the news was true or not by examining the documents in this way, it was necessary to decide to reject the request in this direction."
The fact that the Gaziosmanpaşa 1st Criminal Judgeship of Peace did not issue a rebuttal regarding the news brought to the agenda by the Milli Gazete about the public damage in UDTS means the court's confirmation of the accuracy of the news, and Hakan Bilal Kutlualp, who is trying to cover up the fake signature scandal, also puts his hand on it. tied his arm.
This decision also cornered the Ministry of Agriculture, which prepared the ground for a public loss of 60 million lira by not filing a counterclaim for the cancellation of the tender despite the fake signature scandal.
THE COURT REJECTED KUTLUALP'S OBJECTION!
While Hakan Bilal Kutlualp objected to the decision of the Gaziosmanpaşa 1st Criminal Judgeship of Peace, the court rejected the objection and made the decision final.
VAHİT KİRİŞÇİ FAILS TO ANSWER THE PROPOSAL OF 60 MILLION LIRA OF CORRUPTION GIVEN TO THE PRESIDENCY OF THE TGNA!
On the other hand, it is noteworthy that the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, Vahit Kirişçi, has not answered the parliamentary question for months regarding the fake signature scandal that emerged in the UDTS tender.
While Saadet Party Konya Deputy Abdulkadir Karaduman submitted a question to the Presidency of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey to be answered by the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, Vahit Kirişçi, regarding the process that broke out in UDTS and prepared the ground for a public loss of 60 million liras, Kirişçi was appointed to the Presidency of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey even after 2 months. He did not respond to the proposal.
WHEN MİLLİ GAZETE'S DOCUMENTS RELEASED, MEHDI EKER WENT INTO A DEEP SILENCE!
Mehdi Eker, one of the former ministers, tried to mislead the public by accusing the Milli Gazete of making undocumented news in his statement regarding the corruption in UDTS that broke out during his ministry. However, when Milli Gazete replied to Mehdi Eker with its documents, it was significant that Eker disappeared into a deep silence.
