In the product verification and tracking system (UDTS) corruption revealed by the Milli Gazete in the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, an invoice of 60 million lira was paid.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry had requested an additional budget from the Presidency of the Presidency of Strategy and Budget in order to make the 60 million lira corruption payment.
The requested budget was expected to be transferred to the ministry accounts for about 5 months.
While the additional budget of 60 million lira was transferred to the account of the ministry in the past weeks, the ministry made a payment of 60 million lira to Hakan Bilal Kutlualp without waiting.
While 60 million lira was paid to Hakan Bilal Kutlualp for the lawsuit he won in the UDTS corruption, it was noteworthy that the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Vahit Kirişci did not initiate a comprehensive investigation into the public damage revealed by his documents.
President Erdogan, in his statement recently, said, "We will take care of Turkey, where there is no corruption, bribery or poverty."
The Minister Kirişci's failure to initiate any investigation against the public loss in the 60 million lira UDTS corruption revealed with his documents, "Is this how corruption will be prevented?" raised the question.
EXPRESSION REPORT EXPOSED CORRUPTION!
The shock ministry inspector report and statement report reached by Milli Gazete revealed that the UDTS tender was fraudulently and illegally awarded to Veriso Data, the company of Hakan Bilal Kutlualp, during the UDTS corruption experienced during the period of former Minister of Agriculture Mehdi Eker.
While the ministry inspectors applied for the statements of the tender commission members one by one, the statement given by İ.Ç, the member of the tender commission, to the ministry inspectors, revealed the UDTS corruption with all its nakedness.
While it was revealed that the ÜDTS tender was awarded to Hakan Bilal Kutlualp with a completely false commission decision, it was revealed that the signatures of many of the members of the tender commission were forged, the commission members who were signed by others were suppressed and silenced, and the ministry inspectors were threatened to make false statements.
MINISTER KIRİŞCI DID NOT STARTED AN INVESTIGATION DESPITE THE MINUTES
The Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, Vahit Kirişci, did not initiate an investigation and investigation regarding the UDTS corruption, which caused a public loss of 60 million liras, despite the shock statement and ministry inspector reports.
The absence of the signature of any high-ranking official, especially the former minister Mehdi Eker, in the UDTS corruption, and the fact that all transactions are carried out by the head of the department and low-level civil servants, reveals that all the transactions are carried out in a planned manner in the UDTS corruption, making it difficult for the public loss to be revoked from those responsible.
Therefore, a new investigation and investigation must be initiated in order for the public damage to be recourse to those responsible. However, the failure of Minister Kirişci to demonstrate such a will means that the 60 million lira UDTS corruption is somehow covered up.
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE DID NOT ANSWER THE PROPOSAL OF THE QUESTION ABOUT THE UDTS CORRUPTION!
On the other hand, it was also found meaningful that the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Vahit Kirişci did not answer the parliamentary question submitted by the Felicity Party Konya Deputy Abdulkadir Karaduman regarding the 60 million lira UDTS corruption. Since Minister Kirişci did not answer the said question, it was announced in the incoming papers that it was not answered.
