With the amendment of the law, "sub-top ancestry report", which citizens can only obtain from the district population directorates for information purposes, has become available via e-Government. "Sub-top ancestry report", which started to be taken from the internet on 8 February 2018, attracted great attention.
According to the data of the Ministry of Interior General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs, 71 million 337 thousand 907 lineages have been searched since 2018, when the "Sub-top ancestry report" inquiry service started over e-Government.
31 million 937 thousand 261 in 2018, 14 million 395 thousand 787 in 2019, 19 million 669 thousand 96 in 2020, and 5 million 335 thousand 763 "Sub-upper ancestry report" was received until February 7 this year.
