The Consulate General of the People's Republic of Bangladesh gave a reception for Bangladesh Victory Day. Bangladesh President Abdul Hamid also attended the reception at the Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University.
Bangladesh President Abdul Hamid, Bangladesh Foreign Minister Shahriar Alam, Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University Rector Yalçın Karayağız and invited guests were participated at the reception hosted by Mohammad Monirul Islam, the Consul General of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
Speaking at the reception, Bangladesh Foreign Minister Shahriar Alam said, "This is my sixth visit to this beautiful country, but I think this visit is the most memorable one, because I am participating in this celebration and accompanied my esteemed president.
Following the demonstration of Bangladesh folk dances, Hamid and invited guests followed examples of folk dances from Turkey. The use of Bangladesh and Turkish flag attracted attention.
