Yesterday was a historic day in the capital Ankara. Tens of thousands of citizens gathered in front of the AKM subway and marched to Tandoğan Square with the slogans "Down with the PKK, Down with Israel".
In the action organized by the Palestine Solidarity Platform and supported by dozens of non-governmental organizations, prayers were made for the sons of the country and the martyrs in Gaza who were martyred in the conflict with terrorists in the Operation Claw-Lock region.
"DOWN WITH PKK, DOWN WITH ISRAEL"
Tens of thousands of citizens gathered in front of the Ankara metro AKM stop yesterday afternoon and marched towards Tandoğan Square.
In the action organized under the name of 'Great Gaza March', citizens cursed Israel and the PKK in unison.

THE NAMES OF OUR MARTYRS WERE READ ONE BY ONE
First, prayers were said for our 12 heroic martyrs who were martyred in the Operation Claw-Lock region in northern Iraq, and then their names were read one by one.
During the march, slogans such as "Murderer America, Get Out of the Middle East", "Shoulder to Shoulder Against Oppression", "Martyrs Do Not Die, The Homeland Is Indivisible" and "Long Live Hell for the Oppressors" echoed in the square.
MOTHERS WALKED WITH THEIR BABIES
Citizens from all walks of life participated in the protest action.
While mothers participated in the protest with symbolic babies, representing the babies who lost their lives in the massacre, many mothers also took part in the protest with baby carriages.
MARTYRED JOURNALISTS ARE NOT FORGOTTEN
More than a hundred journalists who lost their lives as a result of the attacks of Zionist Israel were not forgotten.
During the march, members of the press protested the attacks by unfurling a banner saying "Journalists are being murdered in Gaza so that they do not write the truth" and walking to the square where the rally was held.
