“KVKK HAS BEEN REMOVED WITHIN THE SCOPE OF COMPLIANCE”
Mahmut Özkarataşlıoğlu, who gave important information about KVKK, said, "KVKK is a law enacted by our government within the scope of European Union Harmonization Process. In 2012, Europe began drafting this law. On 7 April 2018, it became legal in our country. Lawyers and financial advisers specialize in this subject, leaving their original profession and KVKK consultant. They are demanding a significant amount of money for this consultancy."

The enterprises within the scope of KVKK are summarized as follows; 'Those who employ 50 or more workers in any 7 months in 2018 or those with a total balance of 25 million TL and more in 2018 are included in the scope of KVKK. We can summarize this as follows: 'Any information about real persons who can be identified or identifiable is personal data."
