Felicity (Saadet) Party Antalya Provincial Vice President, Environmental Engineer Abdulkadir Kayabaş, demonstrating his reaction to the tender for hunting endangered wild goats, "The hunting tender issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry is not legal," he said.

Reactions continue to come to the tender for the hunting of wild goats, which are endangered. Making a press statement regarding the new decision, which endangers natural life, Saadet Party Antalya Provincial Vice President Abdulkadir Kayabaş stated that this tender was unacceptable.

"WHAT HAPPENED TO US, FOR GOD'S SAKE?"

Saadet Party Provincial Vice President Abdulkadir Kayabaş, pointing out similar tenders in the past, "The hunting tender issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry is not legal. Where did this new tender come from before 1 year after the tender, which was similar and canceled in the past, and 6 months after the court's annulment decision? On what scientific reality would you base the hunting of wild goats now? Where did you get strength from the legislation of the Republic of Turkey?" he asked.

Stating that natural life should be protected without compromise, Kayabaş stated that the slaughter of the lives we share in our geography for money also harms human dignity.

Kayabas," While countries are proud of the abundance of the wildlife population in their own countries, we are proud that the longest horned wild goat in the world was slaughtered in our country. What happened to us, for God's sake?" he asked.

"WE WILL BE INVOLVED IN LEGAL INITIATIVES"

Abdulkadir Kayabaş, who continued his explanations by asking questions, "Can't we, too, be remembered as a country with wildlife around the world by protecting and taking care of our nature? If we are going to earn money from these fields; Can't we get a return with documentaries, movies and TV series? Can't we organize tours to observe the wild goats instead of slaughtering them? Can we not make wood by cutting the trees in the national parks and make legal arrangements to open them for tourism purposes? In order to cancel the tender in question, we will both work to raise public awareness and take legal initiatives," he added.
