"TO BE A SERVANT OF GOD IS A PRECIOUS DUTY"

Abdullah Sevim, President of IKEV and Member of the General Administrative Board of the Saadet Party, who spoke at the ratification program, "May God grant us to know the value of our Islam and faith. Our teacher Prof. Dr. Osman Öztürk talks about the unchangeable profession of a Muslim in one of his treatises. The unchangeable profession of a Muslim is servitude. Allah says in the Qur'an, 'I only created jinn and human beings to worship Me'. We will be servants first and then the president, we will be servants first and then engineers, we will be servants first and then scholars.Worship, which is our constant profession, is absolute obedience to Almighty Allah," he said.

“DO NOT GIVE UP FOLLOWING THE KNOWLEDGE”

Abdulvahap Ekinci, Turkey Representative of the International Association of Muslim Scholars (UMAD), "People who think I know are deprived of what they don't know. What we know is not even the tip of a needle dipped in the ocean, compared to what we do not know. I would like to give an advice to my brothers who are learning science. You received your certificate at the ratification ceremony today, and from now on, trust yourself in the path of science. You can be a living Imam Azam. So don't give up on science. But don't be too proud. There is a difference between pride and self-confidence. So dedicate yourself to knowledge, but never be proud. Pride will destroy you," he said.
