Ali Yalçın, Chairman of the Memur-Sen Confederation, made important statements at the Trabzon Provincial Council Meeting. In his statements, Yalçın noted that after the additional indicator regulation, their only agenda is the contracted people, and said, "The ministry is waiting for the completion of the additional indicator study for the establishment of the commission in our request for a contracted staff in accordance with our struggle for years, the photo we put forward with the Contracted Council and our decision on the 6th Term Collective Agreement."

Saying, "Contracted public servants see Memur-Sen Confederation's effort in this matter," Yalçın concluded his statements as follows: "They appreciate our struggle to deliver our rights and achieve results at the point we have reached. All temporary and indefinite contracts, including those that have passed from 4/C to 4/B, are on our agenda. We want employment in the public sector to be standardized and the legislation to be unified. People who do the same job should not be looked at differently, there should be no personal difference between them. Labor peace be provided, the work peace and inner peace of the employees will be ensured. Our effort continues. We will solve this problem together with the ministry as per our decision.”
