Netanyahu responded to US President Joe Biden's criticism and said that the policy he followed was a policy supported by the majority of Israelis.

Speaking to the American newspaper Politico, Netanyahu responded to the US President's statements that "Netanyahu is now doing more harm than good to Israel."

"I don't know what President Biden means, but if he means that I pursue a policy against the majority of the Israeli people and that this harms Israel's interests, then he is wrong. This is not my own policy. This is a policy that the vast majority of Israelis support. They support the steps we are taking to destroy HAMAS," Netanyahu said.
