According to the statement of the Minister of National Education Ziya Selçuk 92 92 165 teachers are short. In order to overcome the shortage of teachers not with paid and contracted teachers but with qualified teachers who have received adequate training, summer vacation opportunities should be known and sufficient number of teachers should be appointed. Our teachers should be freed from paid, contracted and permanent distinction and all teachers should be given the same status. First of all, on the eve of the 31st March elections of the President, 3600 additional indicator words given to our teacher community should be kept as soon as possible."
