Felicity (Saadet) Party Chairman Temel Karamollaoğlu, who went to the TRNC to attend the anniversary events of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), was greeted with great enthusiasm.
 
While a dinner was given in honor of Karamollaoğlu, who came to the TRNC on Sunday evening, many names attended the program. Saadet Party Chairman Temel Karamollaoğlu, Saadet Party Deputy Chairman Mustafa Kaya, Anatolian Youth Association (AGD) and National Youth Foundation (MGV) Chairman Salih Turhan, the people who attended the invitation from Turkey, and MPs from TRNC Serdar Denktaş, Zorlu Töre; The Secretary General of the Nation's Party Ahmet Yönlüer, SEVKAD Chairman Hüseyin Emre Erdem, Yunus Emre Institute Cyprus Representative Abdullah Aktaş, one of the symbols of the National Vision (Milli Görüş) movement in Cyprus Hasan Kalyoncu and many other names were honored.
 

“WE FELT SAFE WHEN THE TURKISH MILITARY ARRIVED”

 
At the dinner given in honor of Saadet Party Chairman Temel Karamollaoğlu, very valuable greeting speeches were made. The first speech was given by the Secretary General of the Nation's Party, Ahmet Yönlüer.
 
Yönlüer said that one of the most valuable blessings given by Allah is the blessing of feeling safe.
 
"We did not feel safe before the Cyprus Peace Operation. We were praying that Turkish planes would come. We felt safe when Turkish soldiers arrived," he said.
 

“WE WAITED FOR THE TURKISH ARMY TO COME FOR YEARS”

 
TRNC Deputy Zorlu Töre was another name that addressed the participants. Töre, who prayed with the words "May Allah give us many more years with our motherland Turkey", said, "For years, we waited for the Turkish army to come to Cyprus. On the morning of July 20, Mehmetçik and mujahid met and gave us these lands. Foreigners did not give us this land. It is our duty to leave these holy lands intact for the next generations."
 

A GIFT PRESENTED TO KARAMOLLAOĞLU

 
Deputy Zorlu Töre also noted that they would never accept the withdrawal of Turkey and the Turkish army from the island. Expressing that the TRNC cannot be abandoned, Töre said, "We will not stop clinging to our sovereignty. As our Erbakan Hodja said, there is an independent state here."
 
After his speech, Zorlu Töre presented a gift to the leader of Saadet Party, Temel Karamollaoğlu. Serdar Denktaş, who came to the podium after the ceremony, made a short speech and thanked the Saadet Party leader Temel Karamollaoğlu for his presence in the TRNC.

Saadet Party Chairman Temel Karamollaoğlu addressed many participants in the program held in Nicosia.
 
Karamollaoğlu, who said that the birth of the TRNC was an epic, and that the sufferings suffered here are a reality, not a movie script, emphasized the importance of the 1974 Peace Operation, which was initiated by the order of the National Vision leader Prof. Dr. Necmettin Erbakan.
 
Karamollaoglu, "Despite the threats of the USA, the intervention was carried out and the further stage of the massacre was prevented," he said.
 

“WE WILL WORK FOR TRNC TO BE RECOGNIZED”

 
Temel Karamollaoğlu stated that it was decided to make the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus an independent state in 1983.
 
"If a move were made today, the TRNC would become an independent, independent state recognized by the UN," he said.
 
Expressing that they recognize the TRNC as an independent state, Karamollaoğlu stated that the protection of the TRNC is one of Turkey's most important duties and that they will make an effort to make the TRNC's existence accepted.

The 38th anniversary of the establishment of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) is celebrated with ceremonies. The first ceremony in the ​capital Nicosia was held in front of the Atatürk Monument.
