Felicity (Saadet) Party Chairman Temel Karamollaoğlu conveyed his best wishes to President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and his wife Emine Erdoğan, who infected with the Covid-19 disease, and then to Good (İyi) Party Chairwoman Meral Akşener. Karamollaoğlu also wished the citizens who were infected with the Covid-19 disease to regain their healths.
“JUST PRAISE DOESN'T FIX ANYTHING”
Noting that healthcare professionals have faced many problems in the last 2-3 years, Karamollaoğlu emphasized that the conditions of healthcare professionals should be improved.
"It is necessary to make the working environments of our health workers more convenient, to correct the wage imbalance and to prevent violence in the field of health. We must protect our health workers who have been working under difficult conditions, especially in the last 2-3 years. We should know that only praise does not satisfy anyone, physical corrections must be made," he said.
“THE TEACHER SHOULD BE GIVEN TRUE VALUE”
Referring to the Teacher Profession Law, Karamollaoğlu noted that the law was insufficient.
"A law on teaching was going to be enacted, but only the law on grades came to the fore. The issue in education; It is not about how to choose a school principal, but how to give genuine value to the teacher. What is the difference between a permanent teacher and a paid teacher? It has a staff of over 1 million teachers. There are around 300, 400 thousand teachers waiting to be appointed. We announce with shawm-and-drum that 10,000 teachers have been appointed," he added.
“POWER SHOULD TAKE PRECAUTIONS AGAINST HIGH PRICES AND WITHDRAW THE HIKES”
Underlining that the citizens are experiencing difficulties in the current economic crisis environment, Karamollaoğlu stated that it is a mistake to accuse the citizens who reacted to the price hikes with treason.
"Our citizens are compelled to eat the bitter fruits of the economic crisis with a sour face every day. Our citizens are worried about how they will end the month by looking at the fuel one day, the electricity bill the next day, and the natural gas the next day. There can be no greater negligence than accusing the public's reaction to the price hikes with 'treason, ingratitude'. Our citizens are right to react, there is a need for the government to take the necessary measures and withdraw these hikes. We now see half a kilo of vegetables sold in the market, we live in days when eggplants are 8 liras and cucumbers are 25-30 liras per kilo. Despite all the make-up of TURKSTAT, at least 470 liras of our minimum wage employee evaporated in a month due to inflation," Karamollaoglu said.
“THIS SYSTEM BROKEN THE BALANCE OF TURKEY”
Karamollaoğlu stated that it is not the people elected by the presidential system, but the appointed people, Noting that every job goes through a single person.
"The elected have gone, the appointed have come. The common mind is gone, the single mind has come. The consultation went, the instruction came. The Parliament has gone, the Presidential Complex has arrived! This system has upset Turkey's balance. You can't get rid of this job by putting the bill of Isparta on the Governor and the bill of inflation on TUIK. If you are going to raise electricity by 150 percent in three months, you will triple the production costs in three months; Then you will go out and accuse the baker, the marketer, the marketer of opportunism. It should be known that; The biggest opportunist in this country is this government itself," Karamollaoglu added.
COME AND SET A GOAL FOR '2022'
Criticizing the goals of the government for the coming years, Karamollaoğlu emphasized that the future goals of the government should be replaced by finding solutions to the problems experienced today.
"The government should try to fix Turkey in 2022, not 2053. Targets are always moving away. O blessed! Come on, set a target for 2022. Supposedly, after 6 months, we would see the success of this economic model, inflation would decrease. 4 months have passed, it is not the inflation that has fallen, but the purchasing power of the people. Unfortunately, it was not inflation that fell, but a glimmer of hope in people's eyes," he said.
