Therefore, the problem that exists in the Islamic world is not a problem that exists in our time. It is not a newly emerged problem. It is a problem that has been going on for centuries and waiting for a solution. We can call it misery not being able to maintain and develop Islamic law knowledge that leaves humanity a perfect system. Imam Hanafi and Imam Shafi left behind a magnificent system. But in the period after that, no entity could be shown to maintain or develop this trust. Islam and humanity have vanished if people are forced to prove their innocence even though the proof of crime and guilt in an Islamic country falls to the prosecution. The law went bankrupt."
Tekir, who continued his speech by providing information on the formation of the state structure, underlined that it is not possible for people to live in an environment where security cannot be provided, and stressed that if security is provided, justice will be provided.
Emphasizing the importance of justice, Tekir said, "Humanity has always sought justice throughout history. It is not possible to come across a period in which there is no search for justice. When we review the history, some periods were managed fairly. In some periods, unjust ones have been experienced. Islam is equal to the righteous community. In virtuous society, it is equal, driving license, merit and justice. Today's expression is fair administration."
