PUBLIC EMPLOYEES WAITING FOR STEPS FROM THE GOVERNMENT

Pointing out that a revision is required especially in the additional indicator, Geylan stated that the personnel working in the contracted personnel and auxiliary services class are waiting for a regulation.

"Public employees are waiting for steps from the government. Incomplete arrangements should be completed before the Parliament goes into recess, that is, before the election. In particular, the additional indicator of all public employees who have been reduced to the first degree should be revised as 3600. Measures should be taken quickly to ensure that our contracted civil servants, who are assigned to the staff, have all the rights of their other permanent colleagues, especially the appointment of excuses. On the other hand, it is essential to make arrangements for our civil servants working in the auxiliary services class to be included in the general services class. Turkey Kamu-Sen will continue its struggle uninterruptedly regarding these issues, which it has declared as a red line in the collective agreement," he said.
