Bureau "Memur-Sen" labour union made a statement regarding the 3600 additional indicator arrangement. Explaining that the regulation is incomplete and far from inclusive, the union realized the first of its 2-stage action plans.
OBJECTION LETTERS DELIVERED TO PARLIAMENT
On the first day of the protests, which started on 15 June, the Chairman of the Bureau "Memur-Sen" Yusuf Yazgan, the members of the Headquarters Board of Directors Ahmet Kızıl, Fatih Acar, Halil Küçükdevlet and Kaan Çetinbaş visited the Chairman of the Plan and Budget Committee of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey Cevdet Yılmaz and the AK Party Group Chairman İsmet Yılmaz.
He delivered the letter containing the objections and demands prepared against the 3600 additional indicator regulations.
“REGULATION HAS BEEN DISAPPOINTMENT FOR US”
Expressing that they will not accept the 3600 additional indicator regulation as explained, Yazgan said that if their demands are not met, the actions will continue.
Yazgan stated that the arrangement, which made some professional groups smile, turned into a great sadness for the office service branch and general administrative services class.
"With the arrangement of 3600, the mountain gave birth to mouse. Additional indicator regulation in its current form is a frustration and unacceptable for us," he said.
“WE DO NOT ACCEPT AN EASY AND WHOLESALE APPROACH”
Stating that 3600 additional indicators have been given to the guard staff that have been operating recently, Yazgan said that it was very disappointing that 3600 was not given to administrative staff such as the deputy provincial director, branch manager, editor-in-chief, central manager, district manager, specialist staff and chief who have given years to the state.
“OUR ACTIONS WILL CONTINUE INCREASING”
Addressing President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and the Turkish Grand National Assembly, Yazgan said, "In order not to disturb the working peace in institutions, additional indicators should be redefined in line with the proposals of the general authorized union Bureau Memur-Sen."
