The closing program of the Balkan Youth School, which was organized for the 4th time this year by the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) held.

YTB ​​President Abdullah Eren and Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism Dr. Serdar Çam attended the closing program and 650 students were present at the undergraduate, graduate and high school levels. In the speeches made in the program, it was emphasized that Turkey always stands by the Balkan countries.
 
The closing program of the Balkan Youth School, which was held for the fourth time this year, was held at Titanic Business Hotel. 673 students participated in 13 different projects organized by the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) and carried out in 8 countries in total since February. Activities such as seminars, conferences, workshops, book and film clubs were organized within the scope of Balkan Youth School for undergraduate, graduate and high school students from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Serbia and Greece.
 

"WE CARE ABOUT THE BALKAN GEOGRAPHY"

 
YTB ​​President Abdullah Eren, "Dear young people, you have benefited from the Balkan Youth School. We care about the Balkan geography and you. We want to win your heart, transfer and increase knowledge. In this sense, the capacity regulated by YTB is increasing every year. Turkey gives scholarships to over a thousand students from Balkan countries. There are also those who are eligible within the scope of Turkey scholarships. Balkan geography is a very different geography. Do not forget that the future of this geography is in your hands. Turkey is always with you. I would like to thank 13 organizations in 8 countries that we worked as executive partners on this project," he said.
 
Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism Dr. Serdar Çam also talked about Turkey's projects for the Balkans and gave a message of unity and wished the students success.

Balkan Youth School Student Eslem Ahmet, "There is a stamp of Ottoman heritage in the Balkan geography. We have a common memory. Thank you for the hospitality shown to us," he said.
 
Leonard Seferi from Albania Turkey Alumni Association also talked about their work and thanked Turkey and YTB.
