Felicity (Saadet) Party Youth Branch Chairman and Konya Deputy Abdulkadir Karaduman was in Malatya for a series of visitings. Abdulkadir Karaduman, who came together with Saadet Party members at the meeting held at the Saadet Party Malatya Provincial Presidency, also made a press statement. Abdulkadir Karaduman made important evaluations regarding Turkey's agenda, in the press statement that local press members showed great interest. “WE LIVE IN A PERIOD WHERE INTEREST AND INFLATION ARE AT THE PEAK”
Abdulkadir Karaduman stated that they follow a fair policy and said, “As the Saadet Party, we stand by whoever does the right thing and no matters, we stand against by whoever comes from the wrong in our country. We do not accept the polarization in our country and the political parties seeing each other as enemies. In this respect, we are not the enemy of any party. However, the crisis that we face in every field today, this picture, which has emerged from the economy to education, from foreign policy to our social structure, is a picture that none of our citizens deserve. We are living in a period in which exchange rates, interest rates and inflation are at peak as a result of the wrong policies pursued for 19 years.”
“THEY APPLY A NEW INTEREST METHOD”
Drawing attention to the cost of living, “Our citizens can no longer follow the changing price tags in the bazaar-market. While our people are struggling with poverty, the government; either it says stockists or it says external forces, but unfortunately it does not make a judgment as 'I wonder where am I doing wrong'. While the government knows the good developments in our country, it presents the causes of misfortunes and mistakes as external forces or a test. They were saying, 'We are against interest, there is Islamic teachings’ how is it? However, they apply a new interest method with the 'currency protected deposit system'. In other words, the summary of the new system is the interest prevention system with interest. With this new method, you can deposit your money in Turkish Liras (TL) in the bank. The losses incurred by the holders due to the exchange rate increase will be covered by the state. It means the payment of state resources, 87 percent of which is made up of taxes collected from our nation, to cover the losses of those who have money,” Abdulkadir Karaduman added.
“WE REJECT BOTH THESE MENTALITIES”
Pointing to the hatred of Islam and the exploitation of religion, Abdulkadir Karaduman said, “The interior minister has also come out these days and says, 'We don't do what we do, Allah makes them do it.' Does God tell you to corrupt? Is God telling you to make alliances with criminal organizations? Of course, Allah commands us to be fair and good. These explanations are an attempt to cover up incompetence with our faith. No citizen should be deceived by looking at these. While such statements are being made on the one hand, the vice chairman of the main opposition party, on the other hand, says, ‘Pre-school education of the ‘Diyanet’ is the darkness of the middle ages.’ First of all, the minds of those who describe that explaining moral and spiritual values to 5-6 year old children, bringing our children together with the truths of Islam as "medieval darkness", but describe that corrupting the same children with Western education and raising them with superstitious Western ideologies as ‘civilizing and modernizing’, are all occupied. It is to be such a stranger to one's own country. We reject both of these mentalities.”
“WHY DON'T YOU TOLERATE THOSE WHO ARE ARAB AND SPEAK ARABIC”
Abdulkadir Karaduman by saying, “If there is anything worse than fascist thought and action, it is the organization of that evil and moreover it becomes a party program. As a result of the civil war, it should not be an arbitrary situation to be forced to leave one's land, lose one's job, leave one's home, neighborhood and past. It is Urfa, now Damascus, now Kilis-Antep, now Aleppo; Why do you feel uncomfortable being a temporary guest in a community that is intertwined and became relatives more than neighbors? I call out to those who think that the demographic structure will change and it will harm our national integrity. Syria, if it gets better, which is our wish and prayer, Syrians will return to their country. With a circular, those who do not want to return, can be sent.
