Turkey's Felicity (Saadet) Party reacted to the execution of 17 people by the Egyptian administration the previous day.

While Mustafa Kaya, Deputy Chairman of Saadet Party for Foreign Affairs, underlined that they condemned the execution decisions, Salih Turhan, President of the Anatolian Youth Association (AGD), commemorated the martyrs with his message.
 
What happened in Egypt turned the eyes to this country again. In the last few months, when relations with Turkey entered a softening phase, the events that took place caused a reaction. Reactions were not delayed when it was revealed that 17 Egyptian citizens were executed on the basis of the Qardasa incidents.
 
The Deputy Chairman of Saadet Party for Foreign Affairs, Mustafa Kaya, "We are very concerned that the state of emergency in Egypt is still continuing. We have received the news that 17 people were executed with great sadness. We condemn these death sentences, which were made together with the controversial consequences of the coup period decisions. We hope and expect that the efforts of rapprochement between Turkey and Egypt will contribute to the normalization within Egypt, and that the friendly and brotherly Egyptian people will recover from extraordinary conditions and attain peace, tranquility and well-being as soon as possible," he said.
 
"The persecutors will face a painful punishment"
 
Anatolian Youth Association (AGD) President Salih Turhan, who showed his reaction to the executions in Egypt by posting on his social media account, "May your martyrdom be blessed, heroes of the land of Yousef (r.a.)! In Egypt under the rule of the tyrant and putschist Sisi, 17 more of our Brotherhood Muslim brothers were executed. We believe that those who have not stopped since persecution even in the holy month of Ramadan will face a painful torment," he said.
