Felicity (Saadet) Party will hold its 6th Ordinary Congress in Adana on Thursday. Answering the questions of our newspaper before the congress, Adana Provincial Chairman of Saadet Party Musa Ahmet Kaya invited Adana's political parties, NGOs and compatriots who were worried about Adana to the congress.

Thank you for your good wishes and interest. Finally, I would like to bring the subject to our congress once again. We would like to see our compatriots and you, our esteemed members of the press, among us at this moment, which will be a source of new excitement for us. After our congress, we will make an effort with our entire organization to bring Adana to better points in every sense. We want Adana to come to a stronger, more productive and developing point, and we say all together, hand in hand for livable Adana.

You took the post of provincial head about a year ago and now you are making preparations for the 6th ordinary congress. Can you tell us about yourself and the congress process?
About a year ago, I was appointed as Adana provincial chairman upon the assignment of our President. In my business life, I deal with trade in several different sectors. We are entering our 6th ordinary congress as the provincial presidential candidate of our Headquarters, with the instruction of our President. We are currently preparing for the congress. We continue to work with our organizations in all of our 15 districts with all our efforts. The congresses of 9 of our districts whose congress time has come have been completed and the congresses of our other districts will be held in the coming period. By visiting all 15 districts every week, we both improved our work with our current administrations and ensured the participation of new names in the organization. After holding our provincial congress, we will continue our work by contacting every neighborhood and every street of Adana. This congress is not an issue that only concerns the Saadet Party. It is an important moment that will affect the future, development and peace of Adana. For this reason, we would like to see Adana's political parties, NGOs and every elder and young brother who is worried about Adana, among us on the congress day.

By what criteria do you determine your management?
We determine our working moves with special sensitivity in order to put our organizational model into practice in the most beneficial way. While determining our provincial administration and our district administration, we try to choose the most suitable name for the task to be given. While determining our vice presidents, we aim to work with people who are competent in their fields and can take responsibility. We establish our management with people from all fields such as engineers, educators, tradesmen, retired, students, workers, unemployed, businessmen, farmers, from professions that have important positions in social life and people who can analyze the society.

Can you tell us about the work you will do next after congress?
Frankly, we have prepared our work plans in such a way that even the congress process will not be affected. Although we are currently in the congress process, our organizational work continues at the same pace. By making 6-month work plans, we determine our targets and roadmaps in advance and clarify when and what work will be done. This ensures that our work continues without interruption and efficiently. In addition to this, we recently bought a new flat as the provincial presidency and started the renovation works to expand our existing presidential building and make it more functional. We want our provincial presidency to gain a function where everyone can come and spend time; We want our organizers, our university students, our workers, our people with problems, that is, any of our fellow citizens from Adana, to come to a place where they can come and chat. I hope that in a short time, our provincial presidency will establish a suitable model. It will come to a point where a working environment can be made and it will be a center where useful services will be provided for our Adana.
