Karaduman, who submitted a question to the presidency of the parliament with the request of the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Bekir Pakdemirli to answer, stated that the list of counterfeit and adulteration products should be announced at least three times a year, "Is it true that fraudulent products sold in Agricultural Credit Markets were detected and the list of fraudulent products was not published for this reason?" he asked.
Felicity (Saadet) Party Deputy Abdulkadir Karaduman brought the fact that the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry did not publish the list of counterfeit and adulteration for the last year on the parliamentary agenda.
Karaduman underlined that the Ministry of Agriculture should share the list of counterfeit and adulteration products at least three times a year and asked Pakdemirli 6 questions.
Karaduman asked following questions:
"What is the reason why the list of counterfeit and adulteration products has not been announced in the last year? When will you announce the new list? Is it true that fraudulent products sold in Agricultural Credit Markets were detected and the list of fraudulent products was not published for this reason? Is it true that a commission will be established on the subject and companies that sell fraudulent products can be acquitted through this commission? As the Ministry, what kind of process do you manage regarding companies that sell fraudulent products? What is the number of companies found to be selling fraudulent products in the last year? Which companies are subject to legal investigations and penal sanctions after it has been determined that they have been selling counterfeit and fraudulent products in the last year? What was the scope of the 'Food Control Mobilization' that you started across the country the other day? Did this mobilization include the fight against counterfeit and fraudulent products?"
