Felicity (Saadet) Party General Chairman Temel Karamollaoğlu made important evaluations about the issues on the country's agenda at the press conference he held at the headquarters of his party.
Speaking about the execution decisions made by the Egyptian administration recently, Karamollaoğlu said, "We are concerned about the death penalty brought to the agenda in Egypt. These executions are decisions taken under extraordinary conditions after a period of revolution. Therefore, I invite both the Egyptian administration and all relevant Egyptian authorities to pay attention to this issue. Unjust and wrong administrations have always caused serious damage to the country's governments. We, in particular, do not consent to the loss of credibility of our sister country Egypt."
Evaluating the new normalization decision, which will start as of July 1 despite the pandemic bans, Karamollaoğlu, "It has been announced that the restrictions will be lifted from 1 July. Of course, this will bring relief. However, the cost of this process has been very, very heavy for our tradesmen and we do not believe that it can be improved. It is necessary for the government to take active steps against the problems. The bankruptcy and closure of a shop causes damage to the people working there. The government has to be very, very careful here. The process, which has been carried out late and incompletely until today, remains a harbinger of a more difficult period. Our people, who are going through hard times due to wrong, late and incomplete process management, should at least be supported from now on. Young people aren't getting married or they cannot? If young people can't work, if they can't even pay their debts, if they need their families, how will they get married? At least 100-150 thousand liras are needed today for wedding expenses, setting up a new house and expenses for belongings. Their families have no power and the state does not support them. They have to start life with debt. How will two unemployed people who started their lives with debt start their new lives?" he asked.
