TRNC public official said that Haim Azimov, the head of Chabad's TRNC structure, was sent to TRNC by the USA in 2006.

They founded more than a hundred companies in a short time. They started buying land parcel by parcel through lawyers and builders. A bank was also established during the pandemic period. The public official also stated that many Jews were granted TRNC citizenship.
"Their activities are illegal. They don't have any permissions. I fought against them, but the police warned me and said that it was possible that I might even be killed. Chabad works with the mafia," he added.

"Chabad commits many crimes. They launder money and leak information to MOSSAD. They decipher all military points. They buy land from near military areas, as in Geçitkale," he said.
The TRNC public official also stated that Chabad's TRNC leader, Haim Azimov, financed many politicians.
