In the conclusion of the report, it is stated that Israel is an occupier of Palestinian lands, as confirmed by the UN resolution.

However, as a temporary and compelling step, a court can be supported and established under the umbrella of the UN General Assembly, with the support of African, Latin American and Asian countries. Even if the decisions to be taken are not binding, this way they can at least raise awareness."
