Confidential documents have emerged showing how and for what purpose the concentration camps in East Turkestan, which China has introduced to the world as the so-called training center, are used.
Leaked documents are stated to be the ideological transformation as the main goal, while emphasis is placed on caution against escapees. In 2017, the document states, “Prevention of escapees, watchtowers, routine control, the need to lock the doors twice” is recorded. In addition, dormitories and classes should be monitored with security cameras in the blind spot.
24-PAGE DOCUMENT WAS LEAKED!
The documents seized by the International Investigative Journalists Consortium state that the government's main goal is to bring ethnic minorities into camps and renew their thoughts and languages. Leaked 24-page documents contain information that sheds light on the concentration camps where Muslim Uighur Turks are held in the west of the country.
The documents include how the camps are managed, as well as court records of the fines imposed on the Uighur Turks. A court record also includes a prison sentence for a Uyghur Turk who advised his colleague to use a clean language to become a better Muslim. The documents also show that Beijing is monitoring people in the camps with high-end technology.
“PUT IN JAIL FOR READING THE QURAN”
Abdusalam Teklimakan, President of the New Generation Movement of East Turkestan, said: "We had friends in jail for reading the Quran."
Teklimakan said that China wants East Turkestanians to move away from their identities. The Chinese want us to be Chinese, unfortunately,Teklimakan said.

EVIDENCE OF CULTURAL GENOCIDE
"The documents confirm that this is a kind of cultural genocide, said Adrian Zenz, a leading security expert in East Turkestan.
