According to experts, the attack is a very comprehensive, multi-actored, well-thought-out and planned attack, and the attacker still has not been caught, this is strengthening the suspicion of foreign services.
TIMELY, COMPREHENSIVE, LAYERED
Terror and security expert Abdullah Agar stated that the people should not be read the attack as a terrorist attack and that Turkey is facing a total attack. Agar, "This is a timely, layered, very comprehensive, multi-actored attack. We are facing this kind of attack. It would be wrong to read this in terms of terrorist organizations. We have to maintain unity and solidarity, no matter how an attack is made to symbolic times, values, persons and concepts." he said.

Agar underlined that this was basically a civilization war, "This is actually a civilization war. It is a common design that there are a number of states and intelligence services. It is possible to say this for PKK and Daesh. We see them behind almost all of the organizations that exploit religious and ethnic identities." he said.
