Agricultural Credit Cooperatives sent a warning to the news titled "Exchange rate increases revive the General Manager while killing the farmer" published in the Milli Gazete on December 20. It is noteworthy that the unlawful General Manager, Fahrettin Poyraz's monthly attendance fee of 7,000 Euros received from the RAZI company in Iran, in which Gübretaş is a 48 percent partner, was not denied in the warning letter, it caused to raise the question “Why is the warning sent?”

In the news titled "While the increase in the exchange rate is killing the farmer, it revives the General Manager"; drawing attention to the monthly attendance fee of 7,000 Euros received from RAZI, Gübretaş's investment in Iran, it was emphasized that Poyraz's monthly income increased from 180,000 Turkish Liras (TL) to 230,000 TL, only due to exchange rate increases.

THE FOLLOWING WAS RECORDED IN THE WARNING

A warning was sent to the news in question by the Agricultural Credit Cooperatives, and it was claimed that the news was an attack on personal rights.

The following was recorded in the notice:

"In the issue of the Milli Gazete dated December 20, 2021, it is a refutation of the purposeful news that was published with the headline "Increases in exchange rates, while killing the farmer, revives the General Manager", aimed at defaming the client institutions and their managers, which are incompatible with the morality and seriousness of the true press.

Although the necessary explanations were made by Fahrettin Poyraz regarding the salaries and wages mentioned in the news, a false perception is tried to be created in the public with discourses that have no truth and are not based on information documents. Reconciling the price changes created by the fluctuation in the exchange rate with the institution and institution managers and trying to create a perception in the public in this way is against the principles of press ethics and true  journalism.

On the contrary, all claims are unfair and malicious. These untrue and malicious news made against the client institutions and managers mislead the public and cause harm to the client institutions and managers. Because of these news full of lies and slander, the client institutions and their managers, who adopted a professional management approach in their activities, were harmed. With this news, the client institutions and their managers, whose sole aim is to serve the public interest, were worn out and the public was misled, causing public harm.

We respectfully submit to the public's discretion and knowledge that in the face of these baseless and misleading allegations, all legal remedies will be resorted in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Penal Code, the Turkish Civil Code and the Turkish Code of Obligations that provide protection against personal rights in case of an attack."

HE HAD ANNOUNCED PART OF HIS SALARY!

As it can be seen, there was no clear statement in the warning that "Fahrettin Poyraz does not receive attendance fee from RAZİ", but only the statement made by Poyraz regarding his salary was enough to be reminded. In a statement he made, Poyraz said that with the attendance fee, he received from Gübretaş and the salary, he received from Agricultural Credit Cooperatives, only 62,500 TL of his monthly income was paid. However, he did not include the bonus, incentive premium and the 7,000 Euros attendance fee, he received from the RAZI company in Iran into this monthly salary.
