According to the news that has been reflected in the media for two days, big cities have come to the point of emptying with complete closure. Because suddenly there was a big immigration before the closure. Bus stations, train stations, airports were filled and emptied for two days. In a way, people living in Istanbul, especially those who snatch their bags before closing, hit the road to reach their summer cottage or their hometown. Let me state right away that I am not citing these to criticize those who spend their closing days in their hometowns or vacation spots. If those who decided to close down and declared a complete closure did not see any harm in the people from big cities starting to spread almost to all parts of Anatolia and did not prevent such a development, in my opinion, if this great immigration will not cause the epidemic to spread rapidly to every part of the country, there is no need to say much. However, since the outbreak, intercity travels have been limited in order to imprison the virus at certain points. Although intercity travels are not completely banned with the start of the complete closure, a serious limitation is imposed. As such, the freedom of travel for two days came to the fore with the decision to complete the closure before the start of the closing. Whether we call it "Great escape before ban" or "Great immigration before closure", it has brought a serious dynamism in intercity transportation. As such, the question comes to mind whether those who inevitably evacuate the big cities and go to their hometowns or summerhouses will not carry the epidemic to the places they go. Actually, the answer to this question is known. Previously, with the liberalization of intercity travels, the epidemic spread to every corner of the country and the number of cases exploded. To prevent this situation, a full closure has come to the fore. However, we cannot help but ask whether the consequences of the "closure migration" or "great escape before closure" that emerged out of nowhere, the consequences of the complete closure turning into a complete disintegration have been considered and measures have been taken.

At this point, with the implementation of the complete closure, it was also announced that during the closure, people are prohibited from going to places other than walking distance from their homes, even in the cities where they live. As such, with this great escape, will the security forces say that you are breaking a ban as people will leave their residence addresses, or will there be no obligation for this residence address in holiday resorts? Or will some applications be out of the scope of the ban for those who have money, as in previous applications? Because in big cities, people could be punished for walking close to each other, but on the other hand, no sanctions were imposed on those who organized and attended meetings that crowded their halls. In the meantime, it was stated in the media that those who do not have a summer residence of their own but have the opportunity rented summer houses for three weeks, and the rent of these summer houses increased from 8 thousand liras to 50 thousand liras and even more. In other words, those who have money will be subject to an unnamed house arrest, while all parts of the country are free. Let me state right away that if we are going to get rid of the epidemic as a society, of course, everyone should comply with this complete closure. However, if a cut is obliged to comply with full closure and those with purses are free, the poor will obey the rules, but there will be injustice. However, if the corona cannot be accommodated in the summer cottages, shouldn't the state take action and provide the whole community with the opportunity to spend 17-day full closing days in the holiday regions? Because isn't the primary duty of the state to establish justice?
