It may not be correct to evaluate all diplomatic negotiations between countries with the statement I took in the title, but it seems that telling lies while looking into the eyes of the other person with diplomacy seems like the truth of the matter. Although it is possible to give hundreds of examples on this subject, many countries do not implement their promises, even though they sign agreements, even if we go one step further, in our country's fight against the PKK and other terrorist organizations.

For example, Turkey held various talks with the USA and its allies and Russia on the terrorist organizations in Syria and Iraq. Even though the USA and Russia promised to clear the regions 30 kilometers inland from our border from terrorism, there has been no change in the situation since that day, and they even started to show support to terrorist organizations directly.

As such, the fact that the USA and some EU countries, which are coalition partners, took action immediately after Turkey's decision to launch a new military operation, forgetting their own promise and making some accusations against Turkey inevitably reminds us of the question of whether its diploma is a lie.

The issue is not just a reminder, they want a new commitment. In other words, they are pushing their own commitments aside and putting pressure on Turkey not to start a new operation and not to destroy the terrorists. The incident is not only about the hypocrisy displayed by the USA, but also an outrageous report and sanction practice from the EU is brought to the agenda.

In the 2021 report on Turkey prepared in the European Parliament, our country was criticized on fundamental rights and the rule of law and it was stated that the continuation of the accession negotiations with Turkey was not foreseen. In the meantime, on the occasion of this report, they announced another issue that they had hidden until now. Accordingly, it was stated that the EU Parliament does not foresee the continuation of the accession negotiations with Turkey, defending the view that there is a distance between Turkey and the EU in terms of values and standards, the EU's concerns about the rule of law and fundamental rights affect Turkey's accession process.

Let's just say that it is not new that there are some differences in values between EU countries and Turkey on many issues. These differences have existed for many years. Despite this, they always gave some homework to get our country into EU membership. Turkey tried to fulfill these duties as best it could, but it seems that, as stated in the last report, it is thought that Turkey does not have the standards to become a member of the EU, and this issue is openly announced. This shows that our country has been deceived for years in order to linger. As such, it has come to a point where it is no longer possible to hide the lie. Well, why does the EU continue to wait at the gate, despite this, EU membership is presented to our society as a goal to be achieved.

In summary, they declare that they have a blood incompatibility with Turkey. There is nothing wrong with that either. Because there was no need for such a confession. From the very beginning, they were determined not to include Turkey among them. Because after the collapse of the Soviet Union, many countries were admitted to the EU membership without question, but Turkey has been on hold for 60 years. However, since this blood conflict has not been resolved for so many years, why do we continue to wait at the EU gate? Why is the EU still pretending to take it in? In short, why do both sides allow this wind of lies called diplomacy to be blown? If this is called a diploma, we are constantly harmed and offended by this diplomacy.
